Sign up for BabySling.com emails and you'll be the first to know about upcoming promotions and events. It's easy! Look for the Signup box at the bottom our webpage. Enter you email address and click Subscribe.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase if returned in new, unwashed, unsoiled and unscented condition with all original packaging, instructions, and accessories intact. Carriers that have acquired a scent or are soiled in any manner will not be accepted. If an item is returned and is deemed NOT to be in its original resaleable condition we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds after 30 days. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Clearance items may not be returned for refund.

Currently, we only ship to the USA (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally.

If you are buying items as as gifts and would like to have it shipped directly to the recipient, please include a personalized note in the gift message field upon checkout. This way the gift will arrive *without* prices and with your note on the packing slip. We have a gift wrap option you can choose upon checkout to send your gift in style.
If for some reason, your items are not in stock, your shipment will be delayed. We will notify you by email and work out what can be substituted with a like item.
Simply place an order and when you get to the checkout, in the last step, you will have to enter the gift certificate code and it will calculate your remaining balance and apply it to the total order amount.

Sometimes, parents are cautioned by well-meaning family or friends that answering baby's every cry may produce a manipulative, difficult baby, a "spoiled" child. In fact, research shows the opposite. Responding to the needs of a baby or young child reassures the child in her formative years that she is loved and valued, that the world is a warm place where she can confidently express her needs and desires as she grows. "Attachment parenting" is the term most often used to describe a close, responsive relationship between parent and child. Babywearing is a natural part of most attachment parenting families. Parents wear babies because it meets the babies' needs and makes parenting easier. It enhances bonding and baby's development. Children grow confident and capable when their natural needs for closeness and dependency are accepted and met during their first few years. "Spoiling"? That's what happens to something that's neglected.
