Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer FREE Standard (Ground) Shipping on all orders.
You can choose to ship items on your order to different addresses but each group of items will be treated as a separate order for the purposes of determining whether you qualify for shipping.
We also offer expedited shipping options via UPS. Depending on the total weight of the item(s) you purchase, the shipping destination and the shipping method, your shipping rate will vary. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout, prior to the completion of your order.
If you wish to have expedited shipping and want your order to go out the same day, please place your order before 11 AM EST and contact Customer Service at 800-516-4581.
Currently, we do not ship to locations outside of the U.S.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event you wish to return any portion of your order or cancel your order after it has already been shipped. In the event of a shipping error on our part we will cover all return and reshipment costs.
If a package is returned to us by our carrier after 3 delivery attempts or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you, but will charge for the reshipment. Reshipment charges are the same as your original shipping cost. In the case where free shipping was redeemed, standard ground charges will be applied.

Typical Transit Times
- UPS Next Day Air - Arrives on the next business day by 10:30 AM, 12 PM or end of day, depending on the destination. For all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Arrives end of day on the 2nd business day, to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
- UPS Ground - Arrives within 1-7 business days, to 48 states
We feel confident that we offer baby carriers and accessories that are of the highest quality and comfort. We also realize there is a learning curve to using any new product. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction please contact us prior to returning your purchase. We can often offer a solution that will help. However, if you are still not satisfied with any of our products you may return them within 30 days. All items being returned must be in like-new, unwashed, unsoiled and unscented condition with all original packaging, instructions, and accessories intact. If an item is returned and is deemed NOT to be in its original like-new, resellable condition we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds after 30 days. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is being returned due to our shipping error. If your purchase qualified for free shipping we will deduct from your refund the shipping costs incurred by us.
Clearance items may not be returned for refund.
